If you find yourself with more bills than you have money to pay then you have yourself a little problem. So, how do you remedy this? Unlike most other states in Idaho you can borrow up to $1000 at a time. This all hings on being approved and meeting a few requirements. The payday loan facility will want you to have a checking account for some time so they will tell you how long. Also, they will need to verify employment and pay. The way it works is you write them a check for the amount you wish to borrow, plus applicable fees. But you will have to be careful.  Idaho does not establish guidelines for the payday people to be governed by. This means several things. Second, since the state has very little say in their operation you will have to take it upon yourself to read everything and make sure that you understand it-completely. That is not to say that the ones conducting the payday loans are out to cheat you. It simply means that you will want to make sure of what you are signing.

You will want to know that you may be eligible for up to three rollovers of the loan. Remember: each time it is extended you will charged additional fees. So it is better to pay it back as soon as you can and work to get back on your feet.
