Have you ever had an emergency come up and it took money out of your paycheck that you were going to use for bills? When this happens how will you make it until the next paycheck?  Well, the payday loan people can help with that.

The process is fairly easy: you make out a check for the amount that you need plus any fees that are charged and the payday people hold the check until your next payday. Then they cash the check and the loan is paid back. Of course, there are some requirements in order to qualify. It may sound like a lot of work just to have the money a week or so early but when you are out of money with no chance of getting more right away it can be a life saver.

As long as you abide by the rules set forth by the state of Kansas then you are within the contract.  Per their regulations you are only allowed to borrow up to $500 at one time. Of course, if you decided that you do not need that much then you can certainly get by with less.

You are required to have the loan out a minimum of 7 days in order to make the process worthwhile for the company and you can only have it out a maximum of 30 days. If your contract states that you can go the full 30 days then they can spread out the return payment between two paychecks instead of just one.

There can be two loans outstanding at one time, but you should be careful with this scenario. You want to make sure that you will have the means for repayment when the time comes. Also, it's a good idea to check out the company that you will do business with just to make sure that they follow the guidelines of the state.
